Before deleting

Settle all ongoing orders and swaps
Withdraw available funds from your Creator dashboard
Cancel your Premium subscription if you have one
Download your data if you wish (Profile → Settings → My data)

How to proceed

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before submitting your request, make sure all ongoing transactions (orders, swaps, subscriptions) are settled.

From the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be deleted within 30 days. During this period your account remains accessible if you wish to cancel.

By email

Send a message to users_support@clowoo.com with the subject Account deletion. Include your username and the email address linked to your account. Our team will process your request within 7 business days.

Identity verification

For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the deletion request.

Your profile and profile photo
Your published wardrobe items
Your photos and content
Your looks and contest entries
Your message history
Your measurements
Your Premium subscription (no refund for the remaining current period)

Retained data

Transaction data and invoices — 10 years (Commercial Code)
DAC7 data transmitted to tax authorities — 10 years
Anonymised connection logs — 12 months (CNIL obligation)
Data necessary for the resolution of ongoing disputes

In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, you have a right to erasure. Deleting your account constitutes the exercise of this right, subject to the legal retention exceptions listed above.
